    400g wymoczonego solonego dorsza
    olej do smażenia
    200g pomidorów koktajlowych lub pomidorów w puszce
    oliwa z oliwek z pierwszego tłoczenia
    czosnek
    pietruszka
    pieprz
    mąka


    Szczypcami usunąć ości z solonego dorsza, po czym pokroić go na kawałki.
    Poszczególne kawałki ryby oprószyć mąką i mocno obsmażyć z obu stron, a następnie papierowym ręcznikiem kuchennym usunąć nadmiar tłuszczu.
    W rondlu zagotować pomidory koktajlowe z oliwą, ząbkami czosnku i pieprzem.
    Gdy sos zgęstnieje, delikatnie umieścić w rondlu solonego dorsza.
    Gotować przez ok 20 minut, gdyż tyle potrzeba na ugotowanie pomidorów.
    Wyjąć ząbki czosnku. Podawać z odrobiną posiekanej natki pietruszki.

Depending on the menu, you may make a few additional stops at either a wine, bread, chocolate or cheese shop. 
Your hands-on cooking class will take place at a local B&B owned by Cinzia’s friends. In a light-filled space designed for cooking classes, watch as Cinzia prepares an appetizer for you to enjoy before you roll up your sleeves and learn to cook regional Italian pasta from recipes passed down through generations of Cinzia’s family. You will cook three dishes from scratch as well as a side or dessert. Choose between a menu of either three handmade pastas or a pasta and meat main course. Please note your preference when booking.
