    Składniki
    300 g świeżej fasoli cannellini
    1/2 szklanki oliwy z oliwek
    200 g pomidorów z puszki
    4 kiełbaski wieprzowe
    1 gałązka szałwii
    2 ząbki czosnku
    sól do smaku
    pieprz mielony do smaku

    1. Zacząć od ugotowania fasoli, co wymaga szczególnej uwagi: należy umieścić fasolę w garnku, może być z terakoty, i zalać wodą na wysokość 4 palców.
    2. Powoli doprowadzić do wrzenia, po czym zmniejszyć ogień i dalej gotować na małym ogniu aż fasola będzie miękka (ale nie może się rozpadać).
    3. Gdy fasola będzie gotowa, w rondlu rozgrzać olej i podsmażyć na nim czosnek i gałązkę szałwii.
    4. Po 2-3 minutach dodać pomidory z puszki i dusić aż powstanie dość gęsty sos.
    5. Następnie dodać ugotowaną wcześniej fasolę i obrane kiełbaski, i gotować jeszcze przynajmniej przez 15 minut.
    6. Doprawić solą i pieprzem.
    7. Podawać na gorąco bezpośrednio po przygotowaniu.
