    300 g mąki typ 00
    30 g drożdży piwowarskich
    sól do smaku
    olej do smażenia

    1. Oprószyć stolnicę mąką.
    2. Rozpuścić drożdże w ½ szklanki letniej wody z dodatkiem szczypty soli. Zmieszać z mąką, w miarę potrzeby dodając więcej wody. Ciasto powinno być dość miękkie.
    3. Z ciasta zrobić kulę, włożyć do oprószonej mąką miski i przykryć czystą ściereczką lub folią spożywczą.
    4. Gdy objętość ciasta podwoi się (po około 1 godz.), rozwałkować wałkiem na grubość około ½ cm.
    5. Pokroić na paski i smażyć na gorącym oleju.
    6. Posolić i podawać na gorąco. Można podawać z pysznymi wędlinami takimi jak Mortadella di Prato, szynka, salami i Finocchiona.
