    Dodatki:
    500 g pomidorów 
    2 łyżki oliwy extra virgin
    1 mała czerwona cebula
    1 łyżka białego octu winnego
    sól i świeżo mielony czarny pieprz

    Grzanki:
    bochenek chleba ciabatta
    ząbek czosnku
    oliwa

    1. Pomidory włożyć do miski i zalać wrzącą wodą. Wyjąć po 30 s i obrać ze skórki.
    2. Przekroić obrane pomidory na ćwiartki i usunąć nasiona.
    3. Posiekać czerwoną cebulę.
    4. Połączyć wszystkie składniki, dodać oliwę, biały ocet winny i drobno posiekaną cebulę, doprawić solą i pieprzem, po czym wymieszać.
    5. Salsa jest już gotowa do podania.
    6. Rozgrzać tacę grillową na średnio mocnym ogniu.
    7. Pokroić ciabattę na kromki grubości ok. 2 cm.
    8. Ułożyć chleb na tacy grillowej rozciętą stroną w dół i przypiec z obu stron aż będzie złocisty i chrupki.
    9. Zdjąć z tacy i jeszcze ciepły skropić oliwą oraz natrzeć ząbkiem czosnku. Nałożyć dodatki.
